Behind The Lens
Behind The LensI’m Joel Aguilar, the photographer and founder behind Aguilar Shutter Works.By profession, I’m a sales leader in healthcare technology. By passion, I’m a photographer drawn to real people, meaningful moments, and the stories worth remembering.I’ve always appreciated the power of a photograph. What started as a personal creative outlet has grown into something more intentional—a way to connect with people, explore different perspectives, and capture moments that deserve to last.Whether it’s a portrait, a milestone, or an ordinary moment that turns out to be extraordinary, my approach is simple: keep it authentic, make it personal, and let the story unfold.Different disciplines. Same dedication.
